Spector Euro 4 Classic is THE Spector tone! And I’ll tell you, nothing records better.
Torzal?
I spy Jayme Lewis
Both Sire basses sounded great. Amazing value.
Best tone out of all those bougie bass guitars was the 1st one, that Sunsmile SVTG P bass….Sire V5 was the next best.
What amp sim is it ?
You just can’t beat a maiden track ❤
S P E C T O R
Fantastic idea for a video and even better execution. The relatively obscure Maiden tune also offers a full dance on the fretboard which gives the opportunity to show all basses in all registers. Awesome.
someone needs a metronome
I think iv watched this video about 700 times … love comparisons
The Spectors wins hands down.
I thought both the Warwick & Spector Bass Guitars overall were the best sounding, and were the best visually
aesthetically-pleading in design-build.
But, I still WANT TO SEE the Bass World
demand Better Bass Effects Units that go toe-to-toe up against today’s Bass Synth keyboards.
The first p bass was musical kung fu
he really liked that Ibanez SRM.
2:16 is that Tim Pierce checking out the Reverend guitars?
Instant like fot the song!
Damn! Worst technique at NAMM. So cringe.
Spector wins hands down.
Josh is a beast and hits like a train yet is so consistent and on time.
All the Spectors sounded killer, but it was the Reverend Thundergun that stole my soul. What a fucking beast!!!
Two very dumb and ignorant questions. I apologize in advance.
1 – what’s the song Josh is playing?
2 – how did he capture the sound of the basses?
The Spector’s were way above the others . I own a few of them as well as others and thus just showed the variants .
Actually, I’m not a very sire guy, but here it sounded surprisingly nice to my ears.
the P-bass
Absolute perfect way to show different basses with the same riff! Great!
Which Sadowsky bass was number, please.
The way he plays reminds me of Steve Harris of Iron Maiden ✊😆
i am at a losfer words…..sadowsky, spector and one of the 1st sires sounded incredible
Really?!
They all sound like a rusty wire …
Consider price, the sites are really killer! That double P was gnarley though.
beset video you have done yet
My only issue is, because I love me some 5 strings, why would you use the clip of you playing the 5 string, just to use the b string as a thumb rest. Kinda wanted to hear some driving, booming b string in that bass line you had going.
My taste; I would start with E and tune up from there. A fretboard that solid should be able to sustain the highest & lowest notes!
The Sire V5 just blew them all away IMO, easily at that…
The song is Losfer Words (Big ‘Orra), by Iron Maiden, from the Powerslave album. An underrated awesome song. #UpTheIrons
My man is tearing it up. Steve Harris who?
up the irons!!
The Reverend sounds like the most fluid performance with sound to boot.
Big ‘Orra""
The sounds that the Spector basses are putting out in this video make me proud to be a Spector player.
Finally someone who slaps the hell out of the strings with his fingers. Sounds esp. good on the J-style selection.
basss no soullll ssucked
Those Spector Basses sound good..!
Excellent video
楽しそうに弾く人だぁ😊
Great job
The best NAMM video I have seen in years.
Fuck yeah Josh!! Keep going that’s awesome!
