I’m scared to snap my string but I’m glad there’s apps! I don’t have a friend that plays but I’ll become that friend!
I have my own way of doing it i tune by ear or what i do is i play that string open but the next string i play the note the open string is if it sounds blended its in tune i can tell if its sharp or flat

My guitar sonds so wierd
noob here. Trying to tune new electric guitar 2nd (B) String with clip-on tuner. But physically the string is very loose on the guitar neck (even though tuner says it’s tuned to B). Without snapping the string – If I increased string tension, will "B" come up again on the Tuner?
I tried following this and i broke my guitar is there any way you can show a version without an app please 😭 and resources to buy a new guitar

I have to admit that I am struggling with this video. I’m brand new to guitars and purchased a Fender Dreadnought acoustic guitar. It has a digital tuner but I can never get any of the strings to tune up except for B and E (high). What am I doing wrong? I feel like giving up because I’ve got no one to guide me on this where I live. I’d appreciate your thoughts. Tx.

i didn’t know what a needle was i thought when you meant needle you were saying strings or the tiny like bolts where the strings are attatched too so i was pulling it up more and more to see that “needle” go straight and it broke 😭 can you give another tut that goes more close up to the guitar and also a tuner you can do without an app

First thing I encountered on my cheap beginners guitar was that all strings were perfectly in tune but on all string (and extremely on one) the notes further down the frets were completely out of tune. Wish these tuning videos would mention that, would have saved me some time.
